All of the images in this gallery were taken with digital still cameras. Unless stated otherwise, the images are cropped and resized for the web and thus will not have the full size and resolution of the original images. Nevertheless, the resized images provide an indication of the quality possible with digital cameras. 

The photographers were students in the High-Speed Imaging course at the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics. Permission of the photographers is required to use any of the images. More information on the students' work is provided on the NCSSM High-Speed Imaging site.
