This is just a simple kit to make it easier to connect a flash or camera trigger cable to a breadboard. The kit includes RCA-type connectors. You solder a female RCA connector to a jumper cable that connects to the breadboard. Then you solder a male RCA connector to the cable that goes to your flash unit or Camera Opto-Switch.
