Multi-Trigger Enclosure Conversion Kit for PCB
MTEconv (discontinued)
This kit has been discontinued, because we are no longer supplying the version of the PC board for which the kit instructions were written.
This kit is for those who already have a Multi-Trigger Enclosure Kit (MTE) for use with a breadboard and want to replace the breadboard with the Multi-Trigger PCB (shown to the right). With this kit, your existing enclosure requires no modifications. You'll move components from the breadboard and solder them to the PCB. Then you'll solder the existing jumper wires from the enclosure lid to the PCB. When completed, the unit should function identically to when it housed the breadboard circuit.
The kit includes the following parts:
PC board for Multi-Trigger
2 100-Ω resistors and
1 1-kΩ resistor
8-pin and 14-pin IC sockets
Hookup wire
Velcro self-grip strap for cable ties
The complete parts list including the parts that you'll need to provide from your existing Multi-Trigger are listed here.
To assemble the kit, you'll need soldering tools. See the assembly instructions. We recommend that you have previous experience soldering on PC boards.
