Online instructions are provided for assembling the parts into the circuit shown below. (Use the instructions for v10 kits.) Note that substitutions may be made for some of the parts due to changes in the availability of parts from our suppliers.
The assembled circuit is shown above with the phototransistor mounted on the breadboard. Alternatively, the phototransistor can be soldered to the supplied 2-conductor cable shown below. Assembly instructions are here.
