Delay Unit with Breadboard

The delay unit can be assembled on one side of a breadboard, leaving the other side available for an input sensor, such as a sound or photogate trigger. The delay unit can also be used with a contact or pressure sensor as described here.
Online instructions are provided for assembling the parts into the circuit shown below. (Use the instructions for v10 kits.) Note that substitutions may be made for some of the parts due to changes in the availability of parts from our suppliers.
