Marshmallow Explosions

The equipment used for these photographs included a sound trigger, a BB gun, a delay unit, and, of course, camera and flash. The unique method of preparing the marshmallows is described with the photos.

 

Using a BB gun for photographs such as these should only be attempted with adult supervision.

Richard graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the spring of '98.  Prior to that, he was a student at the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics.
