This tomato is peeled from the inside out. The innards are sprayed out the front, back, and bottom. This photo and the next two were taken using a  flash of long duration (several milliseconds). As a result, the edges of the tomato skin appear blurred, and the ejected particles show as streaks. This gives not only a sense of motion but also provides a record of the motion of different parts of the target.
